Use double the water you will need for your cup in your simmer pot.

Start to heat the water to a simmer and add the instant ginseng, the ginger and black tea.

Simmer until it's nice and richly colored (and flavored) and has reduced close to half. Add honey one tablespoon at a time and test until you are satisfied with the sweetness.

Let simmer a few more minutes then pour into your cup.

Add milk.. About 1/2-1/4 of the cup you are using depending on taste.

Add cold pressed ginger juice for more kick! =D
